BLADE is looking for a seasoned, driven 'private aviation' professional (who is currently based in North America) to join our sales team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling to private jet charter clients. The compensation is a blend of a base salary and commissions on gross profit. The primary role of the Jet Charter Sales Director is growing our jet charter sales revenue. This is accomplished by sourcing aircraft and providing prices for requested trips as well as ancillary services (ground connections, catering, etc.) and providing creative and effective solutions which align customer needs with company resources. You will maintain a high level of product knowledge of all company products and services, possess excellent negotiation and prospecting skills as well as the ability to demonstrate an overall high motivation for selling, and customer service. You must be well-organized, self-motivated, outgoing, and must be able to handle the complete sales cycle, beginning with the initial opportunity, qualifying potential clients, sourcing aircraft availability, pricing, payment, and confirmation process.
