Java Developer

About the position

We are seeking a Java Developer with 8 to 14 years of experience to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Full Stack development, including expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and APIs. This role requires a deep understanding of the Java ecosystem and the ability to lead the end-to-end development of applications.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Java Lead for applications and own the end to end development.
• Lead the analysis, design, solutioning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications in the Java suite.
• Develop new functionalities using Java, REST web services, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Microservices.
• Automate the scheduler and develop jobs to load data into the database and monitor the end-to-end system.
• Build complex queries in different databases like Postgres and Cassandra.
• Build and test REST APIs and develop unit test cases and suites using JUnit.
• Provide production support for applications, including extensive debugging to identify root causes and fix incidents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java Full Stack, Spring Boot, Microservices, and APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipeline and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Design Patterns and Spring Batch.
• Ability to build and test REST APIs and develop unit tests.
