We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience in building scalable microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and messaging systems like Kafka/MQ, along with strong database and scripting knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in: Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Kafka or MQ.
  • Strong experience with SQL databases (DB2/Sybase) including data modeling and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in Shell scripting / Unix environment.
  • Working knowledge of Python or Perl.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and implement microservices-based architecture.
  • Work with Kafka/MQ for messaging and event-driven systems.
  • Perform database design, development, and performance tuning using SQL (DB2/Sybase).
  • Write and maintain scripts using Shell/Unix, Python, or Perl.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
