About the position

LifeSource is looking for a full-time janitor to join our team. The janitor is responsible for keeping the store clean and sanitary at all times including office spaces, back rooms, restrooms, etc. The janitor completes daily cleaning duties as well as deep cleaning projects, using a variety of cleaners, tools, and equipment. The Janitor will be completing maintenance tasks and special projects assigned by the facilities manager.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience working in a janitorial role.
• Able to set priorities and get all tasks done efficiently and timely.
• Excellent work ethic and focus on quality work.
• Must be detailed oriented, self-motivated, and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
• Ability to work safely, follow security procedures, and comply with policies.
• Must have good mechanical skills and ability to perform maintenance work to standards.
• Must be able to do the physical work required and operate power equipment normally found in a janitorial position.
