About the position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Facilities Cleaning Contractor to join our team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining commercial-grade facilities in the Blue Ash and Fairfield, Ohio areas, primarily during evening shifts. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and adhere to company standards while working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and client-specific requirements.
• Follow precise instructions and checklists to meet cleaning specifications.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding supplies, equipment, and facility conditions.
• Utilize the company application on a smartphone to log tasks, track time, and communicate with the team.
• Work collaboratively with other team members or independently, depending on assignment needs.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

• High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with management and team members.
• Ability to work evenings from 5:30 PM to midnight.
• Reliable transportation to travel between facilities.
• Steel-toed boots (mandatory) for safety compliance.
• A smartphone for accessing the company application and communication tools.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is a plus but not required.
