About the position
The Infrastructure Services Quality Analyst at TEKsystems will support compliance requirements from the Quality team, focusing on Supplier Quality Assessments, CAPAs, and AQR audits. The role involves documentation, data management, and acting as a liaison between IT and internal quality/audit teams, requiring a strong understanding of quality processes in life sciences.
Responsibilities
- Support the review and documentation process for Supplier Quality Assessments, CAPAs, and AQR audits.
- Enter and update System Risk Classification using Mfiles.
- Download Systems Risk Classifications and tools list from ServiceNow.
- Confirm all tools have SRC and assist in creating SRC with system owners when necessary.
- Assist with Data Lifecycle Management requirements and provide general audit support.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Quality requirements in life sciences companies.
- Familiarity with Quality processes (GMP, GDP, GxP).
- Experience with compliance and supplier quality management.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and organization skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior familiarity and understanding of IT & technology.
