About the position
The IT Specialist (SysAdmin) role focuses on developing and implementing cybersecurity programs to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. This position serves as a technical advisor on cybersecurity matters and is responsible for maintaining documentation related to cybersecurity efforts, monitoring compliance, and coordinating inspections and reviews.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs to ensure systems, network, and data users adhere to security policies.
- Act as a cybersecurity technical advisor for the organization.
- Maintain a repository for all cybersecurity-related documentation.
- Monitor information systems and user compliance with cybersecurity policy.
- Ensure synchronization and coordination of cybersecurity inspections, tests, and reviews.
Requirements
- Experience in cybersecurity program development and implementation.
- Knowledge of systems security policies and procedures.
