About the position
The IT Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 Enterprise Mobility plays a crucial role in delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance mobility, productivity, and collaboration within the organization. This position involves leading strategic initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals while maintaining security and compliance. The role requires a deep understanding of solution design and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic activities in the IT environment, providing technical leadership and vision.
- Collaborate with Engineers and Managers to develop the strategic vision for the department.
- Mentor less experienced team members on new tasks and assignments.
- Deliver well-tested, secure, inter-operable technologies that support company vision and strategy.
- Maintain effective relationships with all levels of company management and internal/external customers.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to build and implement technology solutions.
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance with established standards, processes, and procedures.
- Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints that align with overall technology vision.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and design solutions based on business strategy and security needs.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of related experience in IT solution architecture.
- Proven experience developing strategies and road maps for scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and licensing.
- Experience with Microsoft security platforms and productivity solutions.
- Experience designing endpoint management solutions for Windows, Android, and Mac.
- Proficient in Windows Intune and Autopilot, Azure AD, and Conditional Access.
- Excellent analytical skills for effective data storytelling.
- Proven leadership and self-motivation traits with superb communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Previous experience with Android MDM Solutions.
- Experience with end user virtualization.
