The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to leading projects with a focus on 4 Project Dimensions (Scope, Schedule, Cost and Quality). The role involves leading Agile and Waterfall projects as per ATI PMO Processes and following Allison Project Management Methodology based on PMI PMBOK / Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The candidate will manage vendors and deliver projects in a highly outsourced environment working with both on-shore and off-shore resources. They will manage all deliverables with a focus on meeting RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix), Project Exit/Closeout criteria, and Project Success factors. The role also includes participating in and facilitating leadership steering group & project status meetings, developing/distributing status reports, maintaining resource forecasting, planning & work assignment allocations, and being responsible for project planning. The candidate will identify estimates and present cost, schedule, and risk for the project, influence others to drive issues to resolution, ensure compliance with Internal and External Audits related to IT projects, and facilitate projects and decisions to keep driving towards overall business objectives. Additionally, they will manage projects, consultants, and project resources, assuring projects are delivered according to scope, design, budget, and timelines as outlined by the Sponsor and documented in the charter / Project Definition Package. The candidate will provide reporting analysis and review of Program / Project status to senior leadership and negotiate Project SOWs with vendors, consulting firms, hardware, and software companies to deliver a project.
