Leads Technical Infrastructure teams in creating and executing long term, strategic, workforce, technical and budgetary plans to deliver IT services to meet business requirements and established service level agreements. Directs the creation, development, execution, support, and supervision of all aspects of infrastructure services across all corporate locations and some Cameron partners. Responsibilities include the enterprise cloud strategy, data center and cloud hosting, servers, mainframe, storage, contact center platforms, voice/data networks and systems, email, directory services, infrastructure specific security, and other shared technology platforms and services. Oversees the operations of infrastructure teams including Network and Identity Management, Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Communications, and Workspace Technologies.
