About The Position

This role involves providing second-level support for mobile devices within a corporate environment. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a variety of user issues related to hardware, software, and access. A key aspect of the job is managing and updating tickets to ensure timely resolution and maintaining clear communication with users across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting mobile devices in a corporate environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
  • Solid communication abilities
  • MDM experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide second-level support for mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across hardware, software, and access
  • Manage and update tickets, ensuring timely resolution
  • Communicate with users across multiple channels
