About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Residential Irrigation Service Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems for custom residential landscape properties. The ideal candidate has hands-on irrigation experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and enjoys working outdoors while delivering dependable service to homeowners.

Requirements

• Prior experience with irrigation system installation and servicing preferred
• Working knowledge of irrigation controllers, zone layouts, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to manage assigned routes and complete service calls efficiently

Responsibilities

• Install and configure residential irrigation systems, including piping, valves, sprinkler heads, and controllers
• Perform seasonal start-ups, winterization services, and routine inspections
• Diagnose system malfunctions such as leaks, wiring issues, pressure inconsistencies, and faulty components
• Repair or replace irrigation parts to restore proper performance
• Calibrate systems to maximize water efficiency and ensure uniform coverage
• Maintain accurate service documentation and scheduling records
• Follow all company safety standards and environmental guidelines
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding system performance and recommended improvements
