Responsibilities
- Represent clients in trademark and copyright disputes.

Requirements
- 10-15 years of United States and International intellectual property experience.
- Experience in trademark and licensing transactions.
- Experience with trademark and copyright disputes.
- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents.
- Strong research skills and oral communication abilities.
- Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
- Licensed to practice in the State of New York; New Jersey license is a plus.
