Requirements

2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, investments, or client service
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred)
Series 6 license preferred (or willingness to obtain additional licenses)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Interest in long-term career growth in the investment industry

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to Investment & Retirement Services
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
Coordinate Financial Advisor schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
Assist with IRAs (contributions, distributions, transfers, rollovers)
Prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation
Process client transactions in compliance with policies and regulations
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Support seminars, workshops, and client events
Partner with marketing and branch teams to support outreach and referrals
