Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial models, company marketing materials and client presentations
  • Manage investors throughout capital raise process including facilitating their diligence
  • Perform research and various analyses in support of thematic publications and new business generation
  • Gain an expert understanding of the drivers of credit quality and valuation, the mechanics of credit agreements and investment documentation, market dynamics and the landscape of debt and equity investors
  • Develop your skills through broad exposure to clients, investors, and Baird bankers

Requirements

  • Familiarity with corporate finance concepts and private equity and debt markets
  • Candidates must have a proven academic record and interest in finance
  • The ideal candidate will have (i) an enduring work ethic and track record of success; (ii) the ability to function equally well in both a team setting and on a self-directed basis; (iii) excellent mathematical, writing, and computer skills
  • Series 63 & 79 licensing preferred or ability to quickly obtain
