Requirements

2+ years of inventory experience.
Intermediate computer proficiency.
Physical Capability: Lift and move objects 10-50lbs, team lift objects over 100lbs; stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders.
Skilled in operating warehouse equipment like hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attentive to detail for detecting inventory discrepancies and defective products.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

Oversee the physical processing of all inventories, including receiving, stocking, transferring, organizing, counting, research and detailed discrepancy reporting.
Retrieve necessary stock to expedite orders efficiently, addressing any issues promptly to minimize delays.
Investigate Block List & Hold List occurrences, collaborating with warehouse personnel to resolve issues promptly and maintain smooth operations.
Ensure accuracy in inventory counts through diligent digital and physical counting processes.
Investigate and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective measures to maintain inventory integrity.
Inspect returned merchandise, facilitating appropriate processing and disposition.
Handle processing and posting receiving transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Facilitate outgoing freight shipments as necessary, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
Update databases with incoming and outgoing product information across multiple warehouses to maintain accurate records.
Safely unload and receive incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness.
