About the position

The Inventory/Receiving Clerk position at Total Maintenance Solutions involves managing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming packages for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.
• Utilize our ERP system to log received items and update inventory records.
• Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Assist in the picking and packing of orders for e-commerce fulfillment and shipping parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory levels.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as needed.
• Assemble filter kits daily, following directions and paying close attention to details and accuracy.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with an ERP system is a plus.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of e-commerce processes is advantageous.
• Experience with inventory processes and organizational processes is a plus.
