About The Position

The Inventory Management & Control Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for advanced analytics, problem solving, and execution support for inventory governance, control execution, and inventory accuracy across the North American Integrated Warehousing & Distribution (IWD) network. This role operates in a high-complexity environment with fragmented data flows and elevated audit and financial risk, requiring strong analytical judgment, disciplined documentation, and resilience to drive closure on ambiguous issues. The Analyst ensures controls are performed consistently, inventory data is accurate and auditable, and discrepancies between SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are identified, analyzed, and resolved. The role operates under the direction of the Inventory Management & Control Leader and partners closely with Warehouse Operations, 3PL partners, Finance, and Planning across US and Canada ORUs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Operations or equivalent with a vocational education.
  • No prior experience required with a Bachelor's degree
  • Bachelor’s degree/ Vocational Education in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, or equivalent.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • Ability to be adaptable to business changes
