About The Position

This position is responsible for the accuracy of inventory in the packing and warehouse operations, with emphasis on safety, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement. The schedule is Sunday - Wednesday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. This is an on-site position in Ephrata, PA.

Requirements

• 3+ years of inventory management experience
• Ability to work independently under general supervision while following safety and food safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills with peers and leadership
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and tools

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy, including location, product code, lot, date code, and quantity
• Complete and document inventory adjustments accurately
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances from shipping, receiving, and system discrepancies (ERP/WMS)
• Identify root causes and support efforts to improve inventory accuracy
• Maintain pallet tags, location labels, and resolve non-scannable items
• Manage and update inventory slotting to support proper storage, rotation, and handling
