Additionally, the position requires opening and closing the storeroom and transporting food to satellite locations while adhering to standard practices and procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Food service experience in a high volume setting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to solve problems independently
- Knowledgeable of and able to follow standards of federal, state and regulatory agencies and JCAHO for sanitation, food preparation and handling
- Ability to properly identify patients and maintain confidentiality
- Valid driver license and insurable
