About the position
The Inventory and Warehouse Associate role at Express Employment Professionals involves managing product inventory in a safe and efficient manner. The position is responsible for executing packaging of products, performing inventory transactions, and supporting inventory management through cycle counting and reconciliation. Responsibilities
- Receive material from vendors and input data into the NetSuite ERP system for all purchase orders.
- Label all production shipments with Item Number, Description, and Date Received.
- Move received inventory to appropriate locations for put away.
- Transport inventory for production and RMA work orders, as well as inter-warehouse moves, both physically and in the NetSuite ERP program.
- Perform cycle counting of material according to standard procedures.
- Assist with count reconciliation and re-counting as required.
- Package devices in preparation for shipment according to released work instructions.
- Ensure all labels are correctly placed on packages per standard procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically NetSuite is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
- Detail-oriented and dependable
