About the position

The Application Packager will play a critical role in supporting enterprise application troubleshooting and deployment as the organization transitions to Windows 11. This position requires a highly technical individual who will analyze the current infrastructure and create a go-forward plan, ensuring effective application packaging and user support.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise application troubleshooting and deployment during the transition to Windows 11.
• Analyze the company's current infrastructure and create a go-forward plan.
• Consult and instruct users on hardware and software questions/issues.
• Collaborate with IT Service Center and Network Infrastructure teams.
• Run diagnostic tests to isolate system problems and recommend potential solutions for Windows operating systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Windows and application packaging, including building application packages.
• Experience with App V, MSIX, Microsoft Powershell Toolkit, Intune, SCCM, Admin studio, and Caphyon Advanced Installer.
• Experience with Remote Support technologies such as Remote Desktop (Microsoft) and VNC.
• Experience with enterprise-wide rollouts of new operating systems and software.
