About The Position

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Internist/Family Medicine Physician to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Highlands, NC. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population while working in a supportive, community-focused environment. The position involves providing comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute/chronic conditions. It also includes developing personalized care plans emphasizing preventive health and chronic disease management, collaborating with specialists for coordinated patient care, participating in telehealth triage services, maintaining accurate documentation, and mentoring support staff.

Requirements

MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Active North Carolina medical license.
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Proficiency in EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
Strong communication, empathy, and commitment to patient-centered care.
