About the position

Rusnak Auto Group is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant for their INEOS-Grenadier dealership in Pasadena. This role is pivotal in coordinating internet-originated inquiries from prospective clients to achieve sales goals and objectives set by senior management. The consultant will implement best practices and The Rusnak Standard to ensure superior client and associate satisfaction. The company has a strong reputation in the automotive industry, with over six decades of experience and 11 locations across Southern California, offering a range of luxury car brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, consistently monitors, and adjusts sales goals to achieve Company and franchise sales objectives.
  • Proactively works with Sales Consultants, General Sales Manager (GSM), and/or General Manager (GM) to develop action plans to correct performance and meet sales goals.
  • Analyzes market and franchise data to develop growth plans and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Works closely with management to develop and implement effective cost control strategies.
  • Monitors sales and profitability on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Follows established processes and procedures to market the Rusnak Auto Group and manage vehicle inventories.
  • Ensures accuracy of data relative to inventories and protects PPI in compliance with governmental requirements.
  • Reports e-business activity to the general manager and general sales manager in a timely manner.
  • Participates in the Company strategic planning process and implements corporate planning processes.
  • Evaluates department personnel with the GSM to ensure proper staffing for performance improvement.
  • Adheres to corporate CRM requirements and ensures accurate accountability of communications.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years in a Sales position or similar roles in the Automotive industry.
  • High School Diploma/GED is desired.
  • Valid CA Driver License is required.
  • Valid CA Sales License is required.
