About the position

The International Executive Host is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction at Turning Stone Resort Casino. This role focuses on increasing loyalty and rated play among casino patrons, particularly targeting Asian players. The position emphasizes building strong relationships with guests and promoting events to encourage repeat visits. The host will also engage in marketing efforts to keep players informed about promotions and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to Asian players.
• Develop new premium Asian players by identifying their interests.
• Encourage return trips through player events such as golf tournaments and shows.
• Ensure rated Asian players are informed of promotions through direct mail and telemarketing.
• Send personalized literature to various segments of the rated player base.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Host position.
• Experience in Asian marketing and gaming or strong relationships with Asian contacts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or related sales and marketing training preferred.
• Related Asian sales and/or casino Asian marketing experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of casino operations and promotions.
