We’re looking for a motivated team-player to come on board as a temporary Internal Solutions Support Officer in Regina, Saskatchewan for up to 12 months. We are looking for someone with well-balanced interpersonal skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to ask the question, “What can we do differently to enhance the member experience?”. If you have an interest in the financial industry but limited experience, all you need is a high school diploma! Many of our employees started out in other industries. We are looking for team members who care about helping our members and proactively provide solutions to support their financial needs. If you want to learn and grow, we will be there to train and support your development.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our Internal Solutions Centre team with understanding, troubleshooting, and research assistance of member transactions
  • Playing a key role in proactively identifying and handling risks
  • Administering GL reconciliations, remittances, report review and balancing
  • Interacting with team members, retail branches, and other corporate services departments to provide support, input, knowledge and feedback
  • Proactively identifying and researching the best solutions that meet our members’ needs and improve their financial well being
