About the position

The Internal Private Markets Specialist will serve as an Internal Wholesaler within the Wealth Solutions Team, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with financial advisors and registered representatives in the broker-dealer network. This role emphasizes outbound and inbound sales calls, collaboration with external partners, and effective communication to drive sales outcomes in alternative investment offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and build upon existing relationships with financial advisors/registered representatives in the broker-dealer network.
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to engage with clients.
• Maintain open communication with External Partners (Wholesalers) regarding sales numbers and updates.
• Review and discuss information from internal and external meetings that may impact the territory.
• Provide updates on communications from management to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years' work experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to handle and resolve customer issues with minimal guidance.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of alternative investments and the investment industry.
• Self-initiative and solution-oriented mindset in all interactions.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 7 & Series 63 licenses required.
