About the position

At Colliers, we are looking for a student with a strong interest in commercial real estate to join our dynamic team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position offers the opportunity to assist with research, data analysis, property listings, client presentations, and participate in real estate transactions. Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of information searches (availability, ownership, zoning, restrictions, tenant, and transaction information) utilizing internal and external resources.
• Assist with survey calling to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information.
• Manage database updates (property, company, and contact information).
• Create and format proposals, presentations, correspondence, and RFPs using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Support a team of commercial real estate brokers through preparing/updating sales reports, database management, and creating marketing reports.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• A strong interest in Real Estate or Urban Planning.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels for the organization and with external partners.
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working within a real estate environment.
• Experience working within a professional services environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Currently active real estate license is a plus, but not required.
