Requirements

• Experience with ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro through coursework or professional experience
• Experience working with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Field Maps, and Survey123
• Familiarity with GPS devices
• Desire to learn new geospatial technologies
• Sound data management practices
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Current or recently completed coursework in a bachelor's degree program in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Computer Science, Remote Sensing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work with WSB’s GIS professionals and Project Managers on GIS-related projects
• Be involved with field data collection projects
• Be engaged in post-processing, data management, and quality control of field-collected data
• Use GPS/GNSS devices for high-accuracy field data collection
• Use vehicular-mounted camera-based field collection technology operated by a tablet or phone
• Make high-quality figures and other mapping products
• Perform desktop editing, data creation, and data entry within the ArcGIS Platform
• Perform spatial and tabular data analysis
