About The Position

Richemont, a global leader in the luxury sector, is offering a Summer internship program focused on Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance. This program provides students with hands-on experience across Richemont's diverse Maisons, which specialize in jewelry, watches, and high-end accessories. Interns will be fully integrated into the organization, assisting teams with brand or functional strategies, and contributing to key initiatives in areas like sales, culture, analytics, and service. The Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance internship specifically involves supporting financial forecasting, month-end and quarter-close processes, and trend analysis, offering exposure to how financial insights influence operational decisions. Interns will participate in meaningful projects, meetings, and gain experience in data collection, review, analysis, and reporting for business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, written and verbal.
  • Technologically proficient with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point), Power BI.
  • An innovative and proactive thinker, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player, eager to contribute, empower others, and achieve collective success.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about supporting diverse projects and initiatives.
  • Available to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the entire duration of our Summer Internship Program from June 1st to August 7th.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States. International students must possess a current work visa; Richemont North America does not sponsor work visas for summer internships.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team with the month-end and quarter close by updating reports and analyzing financial data
  • Assist in performing trend analysis to support tactical decision-making
  • Reviewing files and presentations for accuracy
  • Review, maintain, and identify processes and/or database improvement opportunities and conduct root cause analysis
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across Operations aiming to efficiently facilitate their work
