About the position

The Corporate Development Intern will assist in evaluating and executing strategic business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and investments. This role is designed for individuals passionate about finance, business strategy, and market analysis, providing key support to the Corporate Development team's activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify potential acquisition targets or partnership opportunities.
• Assist in building and reviewing financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities and assess the financial impact of transactions.
• Support the due diligence process by gathering information, analyzing data, and preparing reports on potential targets or investment opportunities.
• Help prepare internal presentations for senior leadership on potential deals, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of transaction processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to support decision-making and strategy development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
