This full-time position offers an opportunity to express creativity in a supportive environment while helping customers design their dream homes. The role includes a commission structure with no income cap, allowing for significant earning potential based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide decorating solutions to help customers create their ideal home.
- Offer a full spectrum of design services from basic suggestions to complete floor plans.
- Manage multiple projects and customers concurrently.
- Work both in-store and in customers' homes to meet their design needs.
Requirements
- Experience in interior design or a related field.
- Strong sales abilities and high personal integrity.
- Creative talent to translate vision into client presentations.
- Experience with 2D and 3D space planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customers concurrently.
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet customer needs, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience with palette selections and textiles.
- Valid DMV record meeting insurability requirements.
Nice-to-haves
