Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, and Program Management to translate customer requirements into performance measurement baseline.
  • Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes, and facilitate communication.
  • Assist in negotiating hand-offs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules.
  • Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting planning and scheduling information to management.

Requirements

  • Experience in an operational planning or scheduling capacity.
  • Working knowledge of a scheduling tool such as MS Project.
  • Working knowledge of Earned Value Management.
  • Ability to perform schedule integrity checks and critical path analyses.
  • Must be a United States citizen with an active TS/SCI w/ poly.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong skills with scheduling tools such as MS Project or Open Plan.
  • In-depth knowledge of Earned Value Management.
  • Experience running schedule risk assessments (SRA).
  • Ability to present to executive level leadership.
