About The Position

ISPA Technology is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and manage project and program schedules supporting government and commercial programs. The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for coordinating scheduling activities, analyzing schedule performance, identifying risks, and ensuring project milestones and deliverables are effectively planned and tracked throughout the program lifecycle. The position may be filled at the IMS I, II, or III level based on education, experience, and demonstrated scheduling expertise. This is a fast-paced and impactful position where your expertise will directly contribute to meeting critical Government customer requirements. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting integrated master scheduling activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency with KIDASA Milestones Professional.
  • Experience performing schedule analysis and critical path assessments.
  • Knowledge of schedule risk management and project controls.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in support of program and project objectives.
  • Prepare schedule analyses, status reports, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor project milestones, critical paths, schedule slack, and key accomplishment criteria.
  • Conduct schedule risk assessments and support recovery planning and "what-if" analyses.
  • Coordinate schedule inputs with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure schedules align with program requirements and Schedule Management Plans (SMPs).
  • Support data collection, schedule forecasting, and timeline analysis.
  • Perform schedule quality assessments and compliance reviews.
