About the position
The Intake Coordinator position at the Prince George's County Department of the Environment is an entry/full performance level role focused on animal management. Responsibilities
- Greet the public in person and over the telephone to provide information on animal intake and rehoming opportunities.
- Understand and adhere to animal intake procedures to make appropriate recommendations.
- Communicate with relevant staff to ensure proper disposition and return of animals to their owners.
- Perform work assignments under the general supervision of a higher-level administrative manager.
Requirements
