The Intake Coordinator position is a full-time remote role focused on data management within the healthcare sector. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, aimed at ensuring seamless transitions of care through accurate data entry and effective communication with business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently input data into computer systems/database following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members related to discharge planning.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with internal and external business partners.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Access to reliable and secure high-speed internet.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of healthcare electronic medical records (EMRs) is helpful but not required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1 year of medical terminology experience preferred.
  • 1 year of computer skills experience preferred.
