We are seeking a detail-focused individual with prior experience handling transactional documents to join our Risk Consulting team as a Customer Service Specialist. This entry-level role will be part of an internal team responsible for intake, processing and review of injury reports and medical bills on behalf of our clients. This is a key role within our team that requires high attention to detail, accuracy, sense of urgency, and reliable communication skills. This role provides top-notch client support as well as day-to-day support of the team. LOCATION: Amarillo, TX, in office 5 days a week
