We are seeking our first-ever Instructional Design Manager. This is a rare opportunity to build an instructional design practice from the ground up and leave a lasting mark on how a rapidly scaling SaaS company creates learning experiences. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Training & Enablement, you will have genuine ownership from day one. This is a builder role. The person who thrives here gets excited by blank-slate problems, knows how to turn ambiguity into process, and can work cross-functionally to earn trust quickly. Your primary mandate is to establish the standards, SOPs, and best practices that define how NinjaOne designs and delivers training - inserting rigor and repeatability into workflows that currently lack a formal instructional design foundation. Your work will span the full organization, touching new hire onboarding, revenue team readiness, and technical certification programs - giving you a platform to influence training quality at every level of the business.
