About the position

As an installer at TruTeam, you will play a crucial role in the installation of various building products, including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, and more. This position emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to guidelines while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing for daily tasks, conducting inspections, and reporting any concerns, all while being part of a diverse and inclusive team that values integrity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all necessary products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Complete any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a Company Vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work.
