About the position
The Installation Technician is responsible for the installation of Video Gaming Terminal equipment at various customer locations, ensuring compliance with Nebraska's regulations and standards. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and effective communication with customers and the call center to manage installations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of Video Gaming Terminal equipment at various customer locations
- Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and communication of all data on customer sites
- Troubleshoot gaming devices and repair as needed
- Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs
- Deliver product from company location to customer locations
- Communicate with call center to efficiently manage installations
- Manage inventory of the installation truck to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
Requirements
- Ability to complete basic mechanical and electrical tasks including work with high and low voltage electrical
- Knowledgeable of Nebraska regulations and how these standards apply to the Service and Installation personnel
- Ability to read, understand, and follow documentation, including technical information
- Minimum of 21 years of age
