About the position

The Installation Coordinator at Wayne Alarm is a critical role focused on delivering exceptional customer service within the installation department of a growing security and life safety company. This position involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining communication between sales and operations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and deliver approved policies, procedures, and workflows for optimal customer care and schedule effectiveness.
• Handle a fast-paced workflow that answers and directs inquiries in a timely and customer-centric manner.
• Keep all reporting programs updated daily, including the daily task scorecard.
• Work in associated project queues daily, ensuring documentation is completed and relevant invoices are attached.
• Communicate with the installation manager and sales representatives to ensure alignment and address issues promptly.
• Serve as a backup for other Installation Coordinators as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent phone and customer service skills, both internally and externally.
• Proven experience developing service solutions derived from data analysis and customer focus.
• Demonstrated experience balancing company profitability with excellent customer service delivery.
• Technical expertise in alarm systems within the construction workflow.
• Working knowledge of computers and customer service tracking software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of low-voltage systems is beneficial but not required.
