Responsibilities
- Interact with hospital and physician case managers to promote home health services.
- Develop marketing strategies to enhance service visibility.
- Track referral sources and analyze market trends.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers and patients.
Requirements
- Experience in Healthcare Marketing, specifically in Home Health Sales and Marketing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of local hospitals and healthcare organizations.
- Established relationships with social workers and discharge planners.
- Good understanding of HIPAA regulations.
- Knowledge of private insurance, Medicare, and commercial insurance.
