The Inside Sales Representative role is crucial for providing exceptional customer service to store visitors, ensuring a positive and productive experience. This role involves assisting customers, answering questions, and guiding them to the products they need. The Sales Counter is the daily face of the company, engaging with customers who call or walk in. This dynamic position offers exposure to nearly every aspect of the building industry and is a prime stepping stone for advancement into building materials sales. We seek individuals who are adept problem solvers, capable of finding creative solutions, and who leverage all available resources ethically and for mutual benefit.
