About The Position

Essity Health & Medical Canada is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will manage and grow customer relationships through primarily virtual interactions, ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies and achievement of revenue targets. You will leverage digital tools to engage, convert, and retain customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver seamless customer experiences, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for account growth. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and excels at building strong relationships in a remote sales environment. This is a hybrid position. The ideal candidate should live in the Greater Toronto area with ability to travel to Essity’s office in Oakville 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • Prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to grow assigned customers and ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and digital channels.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, including forecasting and tracking performance metrics.
  • Promote and sell products and solutions through virtual presentations, demonstrations, and customer engagements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers using phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities to deliver value for both the customer and Essity.
  • Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide responsive customer support, addressing inquiries of a financial, logistical, or clinical nature.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and supply chain to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and sales results in CRM systems.
  • Leverage CRM tools, data insights, and digital marketing leads to optimize outreach and decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-through on new business, addressing challenges to maintain customer satisfaction.
