About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at Miller & Miller Law is responsible for connecting with current and prospective clients, particularly those who did not hire the firm after their initial meeting. This role involves building relationships, answering client questions, and assisting with sales calls. The position is fast-paced and goal-oriented, requiring a results-driven individual who is comfortable with inside sales and outbound calling.

Responsibilities

  • Review prospects who did not hire after their initial meeting and build relationships with them.
  • Answer questions and assist clients in hiring the firm's services.
  • Handle initial sales calls and act as backup to the sales team when needed.
  • Maintain a relationship pipeline and make a minimum of 100 dials per day.
  • Adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency.
  • 3 years of experience in inside sales or business development.
  • 1 year of experience in a sales role.
  • 2 years of experience in phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong self-organization and communication skills.
