About The Position

Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Kenvil, New Jersey. In this role, you’ll own a pipeline of warm leads, dormant accounts, and trade show contacts, and working the phones daily to re-engage these prospects and turn those conversations into closed business. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and manage projects from concept through delivery. To be successful in this role, you must pick up the phone, think creatively, and have good communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is motivated by uncapped earning potential and room for growth. After 6 months, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience required
  • Demonstrated success with high-volume outbound calling required
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings required

Responsibilities

  • Learn and communicate the company’s capabilities and product offerings
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, trade show contacts, and lapsed accounts
  • Present product solutions using samples, catalogs, and digital tools
  • Prepare quotes and customer agreements
  • Estimate delivery timelines and effectively manage customer expectations
  • Maintain records of transactions, activities, and client communications
  • Travel to attend trade shows and occasional clients meetings
