Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound inquiries (phone, email, live chat) into closed sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and process contracts, rental agreements, invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
  • Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate rental solutions.
  • Provide accurate quotes and pricing in a timely manner.
  • Follow up consistently on open quotes, sales leads, and inactive prospects to maximize conversion.
  • Prospect and generate new sales opportunities with both residential and commercial customers.
  • Identify upsell opportunities including moving supplies, premium options, and additional services.
  • Deliver professional, positive customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Resolve issues with a customer-focused and retention-driven mindset.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain detailed notes and communication records within the CRM for follow-up and service continuity.
  • Support marketing campaigns by promptly following up on inbound leads.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with management to improve products, pricing, and service offerings.
  • Identify and track trends and opportunities that can drive additional rental and sales volume.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to processes that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
