The advisor will manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing deals, while utilizing innovative wellness solutions tailored to individual customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in relationship-driven sales to inspire clients about wellness products.
  • Drive growth by achieving sales targets and enhancing organizational impact.
  • Manage the full sales cycle with enthusiasm, from initial interest to closing the deal.
  • Utilize DNA reports to create personalized wellness plans for customers.
  • Schedule interactive meetings and compelling video presentations to convert leads.
  • Understand customer aspirations through insightful questioning and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Handle inquiries and objections effectively, showcasing product benefits.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including high-impact video communications, to connect with customers.
  • Stay updated on wellness trends and continuously improve product knowledge.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • Proven ability to close deals and overcome obstacles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic and approachable, with an intuitive understanding of customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and Talkdesk is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven, leveraging insights to enhance customer experiences.

Nice-to-haves
