Responsibilities

• Drive growth by achieving sales targets and enhancing organizational impact.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to closing the deal.
• Utilize DNA reports to create personalized wellness plans for customers.
• Engage leads through interactive meetings and compelling video presentations.
• Understand customer aspirations through insightful questioning and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Handle inquiries and objections while showcasing product benefits.
• Utilize various communication channels to build meaningful connections.
• Stay updated on wellness trends and product knowledge for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Proven ability to close deals and overcome obstacles.
• Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Empathetic and approachable, with an intuitive understanding of customer needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and Talkdesk is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and data-driven, leveraging insights to enhance customer experiences.
