The Inside Sales/Business Development Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the business development team by coordinating client engagement, market research, and administrative tasks. The BDC will work with cross-functional teams and manage CRM. The BDC must be detail-oriented, a proactive self-starter, and capable of driving initiatives, while demonstrating a collaborative and team-oriented approach. Analyzing market data, building out sales pipelines, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are essential in this role.
